- Rethinking Cultural Theory. RJ Sabbatical involving a visiting scholarship at the University of Amsterdam in spring 2016.
- Mediatisation Times. RJ network project, resulting in a theme section of the International Journal of Communication.
- Narratives of Europe . Six scholars studying East European narratives of Europe in philosophy, geopolitics, movements, news, art and popular music.
